I stopped by thinking it would be a quick visit, but the queue was way longer than I expected. I stood there for ages watching it barely move, and after a while it just took the fun out of the whole thing. The staff did look busy and I’m sure they were trying, but personally I didn’t feel like it was worth standing around that long

It just feels too expensive for what you actually get... I was expecting a bit more for the money...

The kids had a really good time, and to be fair, most of the place seemed safe enough. Some of the staff were lovely and helpful too. But… in the busier areas, the supervision felt a bit hit or miss, especially around the play areas. It wasn’t a bad day out at all, just one of those where I felt I needed to keep a closer eye on the kids than I expected.

The food was fine, not bad or anything just nothing that really stood out. The drinks were actually good though, so that kind of made up for it.

The parking situation was a real pain. There was nowhere decent nearby, and when I asked about it, I felt like I was being talked down to like I should’ve somehow known better. It really put me off wanting to go back

We went with the kids, it was just okay. Maybe I was expecting too much, but while a few parts were fun, the place felt crowded and a bit overpriced for what we actually got. The staff were fine, so I don’t want to sound too harsh, but overall it just wasn’t the great family day out I’d been hoping for.

Went here with my kids expecting a nice little family day out, but the cleanliness really put me off. I’m not expecting everywhere to be spotless every second of the day, but come on, there’s a basic level you hope for when you’re bringing kids along.

The food area was the worst bit for me. The tables were sticky, the bins were overflowing, and the toilets were grim. There was food and random rubbish on the floors too, which made it feel like nobody had been round to check the place in ages.

It’s annoying because the kids were trying to enjoy themselves, but I spent most of the time feeling uncomfortable and a bit grossed out. Such a shame, really. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back unless they seriously sort the cleaning out...

There just wasn’t much to do here. For the price, I expected way more, but the attractions were weak and the kids got bored fast. Kind of a rip-off, if you ask me.

We visited with my sister and the kids, and most of the staff were really friendly. The lady at the entrance especially stood out, she was lovely with the children and made us feel welcome right away.

A couple of other staff members seemed a bit rushed when we asked questions, like they didn’t really have time for us, so the experience felt a bit mixed. It wasn’t bad overall, just could’ve been a little warmer in some areas.

I took my little ones, and... it didn’t feel like the best fit for their age. It seemed more geared toward older kids. Mine got bored quickly and even a little stressed at times, so... not the greatest experience for us.

We ended up going when it was raining, and it was kind of a letdown. The indoor part just didn’t have much to keep everyone busy, and the kids got bored fast. Maybe it’s better when you can do the outside stuff, but for what we paid, I expected more than just hanging around waiting for the weather to change. I probably wouldn’t go back unless I knew it was going to be a clear day
